Apples & Peanut-Butter A fruit-protein balanced snack is super filling without weighing you down. Foods with sodium are known to cause bloating, so go for all-natural peanut butter for a more satisfying snack.
Fresh Fruit Fruits high in potassium like melons, bananas, and papayas are sweet, but won’t cause bloating like candy can. Chill them in a cooler with ice for a refreshing taste!
Here are a few twist on the classic salads. I know salads are fun to eat during the summer for a quick easy healthy snack or meal.
