Happy Sunday. I hope all my fans and readers of Sarah’s Southern Style is having a happy and safe weekend. Today’s post is going to feature some Healthy Eating tips and fun summer eats. I hope everyone has a great week and is enjoying my blog post so far. 

Here is a fun twist on your normal Cheesecake.

Celery & Dip  Celery has the same satisfying crunch as chips without all the salt. For a delish low-fat dip, mix onion, herbs, and low-fat cottage cheese — it's healthier than Ranch dressing! Stick a thermometer in your cooler to make sure the temperature stays under 40 degrees so the dip doesn't go bad.

Apples & Peanut-Butter  A fruit-protein balanced snack is super filling without weighing you down. Foods with sodium are known to cause bloating, so go for all-natural peanut butter for a more satisfying snack.
